Olivia focuses her practice primarily on disability rights Within the practice area of disability rights, Kelly advises on Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and Section 504 issues. Kelly regularly represents school districts in meetings, mediations, and due process hearings for students with disabilities.
Anna Dwight, Associate Attorney
Anna focuses her legal practice on representing school districts in the area of special education. She often provides training to school personnel on a variety of topics related to special education. Prior to practicing law, Jennifer spent twenty years in the public schools serving as a special education teacher, behavior interventionist, and administrator.
